For What It's Worth - NO to Brandsfever

More details will be up later on. For now, for what it's worth, I just want to warn everyone who happens to read this/ chance upon this post. 


DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase anything from Brandsfever. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. DO NOT part with your cash. You will surely regret the grief, headache, frustration, fury and loathing that comes with this wrong move. 

I purchased one item that cost about $80 from Brandsfever on 7 March 2014. On the site, it said that my item will be mailed out 8 days after the event ended and well, I bought the item on the last day and so, I expected my item to arrive promptly in about 2 weeks. 

After 2 weeks, I called Brandsfever and was told that the shipment of my item was delayed and that I had to wait till the first week of April to get it. The first week of April came and went. There was NO NEWS from Brandsfever and NO ITEM. I called on 7 April 2014 and was told that the shipment was delayed and that I had to wait till the second week of April. The second week of April came and went. Again, NO communication from Brandsfever. NO item! 

On 21 April 2014, I called Brandsfever and was told that my item would arrive by last week of April. Later on, I called and spoke to someone else who said that is would arrive in 2 weeks. Who do I believe? After waiting for so long, what have they been doing? Quite plainly, they took the money and did something else rather than get my item for me. I requested a refund and the customer service officer said that he would check and call me back in the morning on 22 April 2014. NO CALL. I had to call back in the afternoon and he said that he had other urgent matters to attend to. MY MATTER WAS NOT URGENT. A customer who does not get her item is no big deal?! Doesn't it sound like fraud here? 

Anyway, we spoke and I was told that yes, I would get a refund. I would get an email for me to click on 'cash refund' and that Brandsfever would process the refund (within 2 weeks). I can pay for my item immediately but they need 2 weeks? Going by the way that they do things, 2 weeks will probably be 2 years!
I am deeply upset, stressed out, frustrated, angered and unhappy. Brandsfever is unreliable, dishonest and untrustworthy. 

I have not received anything that was promised - NO ITEM, NO EMAIL FOR CASH REFUND, NO CONTACT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER on their own accord to handle this outstanding matter promptly. 

A word of caution! DO NOT TRUST THEM! AWARDED BEST E-SHOPPING
EXPERIENCE IN Singapore - It says on their site! What a hoax! More apt will be: BLACK LISTED FOR ABSOLUTE WORST E-SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN SINGAPORE, in my opinion!! 


Please, I urge those who read this, pass this word of caution to ALL! Spread the word and stay away from Brandsfever for it does not keep its word!! You pay and you don't get your item and they destroy your trust. Spend your money else where! Avoid the grief, heartache, suffering, stress... Share this!
