Migration of ... Books?!

Presenting -- "Bubbling Moments" with the Students!

Student, E, stares at his study desk with a PILE of books in front of him. He can't do his work and the lesson can't begin as the desk space is occupied. He looks around. Then, carefully E lifts the PILE and places it on my side of the table.

E: All better now! I can start the lesson!

Me: Right! I can see why you are ready to start. Give me a moment to sort this Migrated Pile out, will you? *face-palm and rolls eyes*

Crippling Depression? Here's your Remedy!

Presenting -- "Bubbling Moments" with the Students!

Student, S: Ms Lin, what's 'crippling depression'?

Me: Well, it is when you are so depressed and miserable that you cannot carry on with life as per normal.

S: OH! Then, I have crippling depression.

Me: *looks at S in utter disbelief and rolls eyes* It'll disappear if I hand you the iPad. I am sure that you don't have crippling depression.

S: ... ...

[After the session, I pop into the toilet to answer the urgent call of nature. Once out of the loo, I see S holding his iPad.]

S: Ms Lin, my depression is all gone!

Me: It's truly a miracle. *face-palm and rolls eyes again*

Moral of the Story: An APPLE a Day Keeps Depression Away! *laughs*
iPads cure depression, try one today! *face-palm*
