Another wonderful score from a Secondary 4 student who took the O level examination in 2015. He received his outstanding score on 11 Jan 2016. An amazing improvement from his starting point of a poor E8. He improved by leaps and bounds to receive a B3 (which means that he is proficient enough in the English Language according to Cambrige)! Woo Hoo!!
